Portugal international Pedro Neto is a winger joined Chelsea from Wolverhampton Wanderers on August 11, 2024, signing a seven-year contract. Neto began his career in the youth system of Braga in Portugal, where he made a memorable first-team debut in 2017, scoring at 17 years old in a 4-0 victory over Nacional. He then moved to Italy on loan with Lazio, winning the Coppa Italia before making the move permanent.

In August 2019, Neto transferred to Wolverhampton Wanderers, where he made 135 appearances and contributed to 11 goals in his final season with the club.

Neto made his Chelsea debut shortly after his move, coming on as a substitute in a home match against Manchester City. His first start for the club came in a UEFA Conference League match against Servette, followed by his Premier League debut in a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace. Neto netted his first Chelsea goal in a 5-0 win over Barrow in the Carabao Cup, followed by another goal against Gent in the UEFA Conference League.
